We serve freshly baked sweet and savory crepes made with organic flour and natural ingredients. Even though crepes originally gained popularity from the western region of Brittany in France, they are enjoyed in similar manners in all over the world including Brazil, Japan and India. To say the least, our menu is internationally and locally inspired.
It starts with the batter.
All of our crepe batter and fillings are made daily from scratch. Our traditional savory crepes are made with organic buckwheat flour while our sweet crepes are made with organic white flour. Our popular gluten-free batter is made from a blend of tapioca, potato and rice flour.
